How to take care of your Kokedama?

First of all, what is a Kokedama?
Koke = moss
Tama = ball

Kokedama is an ancient Japanese gardening method for plants in which the traditional pot is replaced by a ball of soil mixed with homemade organic fertilizer. The ball is wrapped around the plant's roots and covered with moss, which provides an excellent environment for the plant to grow.

It's an easy way to create a pot with 100% natural materials.

Caring for Your Kokedama
Kokedamas are very easy to care for, but the specific environment will be different for each type of plant. The amount of light your Kokedama needs depends on the amount of light the specific plant needs. Most indoor plants will enjoy bright, indirect sunlight.

Watering
Watering is done by submerging the Kokedama in a container of water for 20-30 minutes. The frequency of watering is determined by the type of plant. You can feel the weight of the Kokedama and understand if it needs water or not (when it is very light, you should water it). Remember to water more frequently during the summer when temperatures are higher and humidity is lower.

Fertilization
Fertilization is recommended using liquid fertilizer in watering.
During the growth season (late March to September), we recommend using fertilizer once a month, which will help your plants grow healthy.
